Mr. Vaibhav Kasliwal, nephew of Shri Anant Kasliwal, after graduating from Rajasthan University, joined the bar in the year 2001 and has been a key member of Mr. Anant Kasliwal’s team ever since.
His practice relates to handling litigation work in different fields of law, such as State & Central Taxes, Corporate Law, Land Revenue, Stamp Duty Matters etc., before various forums, with regular appearance in the High Court and Trial Court as well as before various Tribunals & Appellate Tribunals.
In the year 2011-12 he was appointed as a Deputy Government Advocate in the Rajasthan Tax Board, a post he held for a period of 4 years. He has represented various Central & State Govt. organisations and other private litigants belonging to various sectors such as Petroleum, FMCG, Automobiles, Hotel, Amusement Industry, Cement, Tourism, Education, Social Clubs, etc.
Vaibhav is the great-grandson of Fauzdar Dhanalal ji Kasliwal, grandson of (late) Shri GC Kasliwal, Sr. Adv. and Adv. (Late) Shri RC Kasliwal, nephew of Sr. Adv Shri Sudhanshu Kasliwal and Adv. Shri Anant Kasliwal, all of whom are stalwarts of legal profession. Vaibhav is part of 9th generation of Kasliwal Family, in the Pink City.
